Sweet Sunday: Little Snippets Throughout the Day

Little Snippets of what I learned from yesterday:

• David's Story (2 Kings 7:3-17)- "I wanted to but I didn't get to."  "The answer is no." 

• David's Response - He shows faith, humility, & patience NOT whining, complaining, & becoming bitter.

• God is yet at work in our imperfect world and with imperfect people to do and accomplish His good, pleasing, and perfect will.

• Do not leave your empty shopping cart outside the bathroom at Menard's.  It will not be there when you come back.  

• It takes me a long time to pick out flowers that I want to plant.

• It rains just when you have plans to be outside on the deck you just had stained.

• My son couldn't figure out why just about everyone we know was at our friends house.  (It was a graduation open house)

• Chocolate fountains are really fun.  Especially when watching people trying to dip their choice of food in the running sweetness and eating it.  

• Planting vegetables is really fun with family.

• I hate mosquitoes.
