Friday Finds: Credit

Today's Find isn't something I had to research.  Just something that I realized...

I found out that I don't give my son enough credit.

I have been talking to him about the meaning of Easter.  I wanted him to know that it isn't all about eggs and bunny rabbits.  I wanted him to know that it is so much more.  So I talked to him about it.  I explained what happened to Jesus in a PG sort of way.  I told my hubby later in the day that we had been talking about Easter and what it really is all about.  So my hubby started asking Merek questions. And Merek did not hesitate.
Brad: What happened to Jesus?   Merek: He died on a cross.
Brad: Why?  Merek: Because people didn't like him.
Brad: What happened to his body?  Merek: Jesus' friends put it in a cave.
Brad: How long was he in there?  Merek: 3 days
Brad: Where is Jesus now?  Merek: In Heaven

I didn't even tell Merek that Jesus was in the tomb for 3 days.  He is very observant.

Wow.  I do not give my son enough credit.
